Next Iva Outdoor works on lighting for houses and outdoor spaces. Each service below is a different design problem. They are often combined on one property, but they are not interchangeable.

Landscape lighting is the composition of the yard after sunset: beds, lawn edges, specimen plants, and the spaces between them. It is built as layers, not as a ring of identical stakes.

Architectural Lighting
Architectural lighting treats the house as the subject. Grazing, washing, and narrow accents are chosen from the wall material and the entry sequence, not from a catalog default.

Path & Step Lighting
Path and step lighting is for feet and for wayfinding. The goal is a readable route without a bright runway or a lamp in the walker’s eyes.

Tree and garden lighting starts with the plant: bark, branch structure, canopy density, and how much room the root zone leaves for a fixture.

Patio & Outdoor Living Lighting
Patio and outdoor-living light is task light and atmosphere in the same room: dining, cooking, conversation, and the walk back to the door.

Lighting Repair & Upgrades
Repair and upgrades deal with what is already installed: failed connections, tired lamps, overloaded transformers, and layouts that no longer match the garden.
