Accessibility
The website is meant to be readable on common devices and usable with a keyboard or a mouse. This statement describes how the pages are built. It is not a certification.

At a glance
- Pages use headings, landmarks, and a skip link.
- The contact form works without JavaScript.
- Phone and email remain available if a page is hard to use.
- This is not a WCAG or ADA certification.
Our approach
The site is a set of public pages about residential outdoor lighting. It is designed to be used on a wide screen or a phone, and to be read in a logical order. We have not commissioned a formal accessibility audit and do not claim a numbered conformance level.
Page structure and navigation
Each page has a header, a main region, and a footer. A skip link at the top of the page moves focus to the main content. Primary navigation sits in the header. The same destinations also appear in the footer, including About, where we work, FAQ, Contact, and the legal pages.
Headings are used to mark sections. Link text is written to name the destination or the action, rather than a bare “click here.”
Keyboard use
Text links, form fields, and buttons are standard HTML controls and can be reached with a keyboard. The FAQ blocks use the native details and summary elements, so they can be opened without a script. The mobile menu button uses a small script to show or hide the header links; if scripts are off, those destinations remain in the footer.
This page does not claim that every control has been exhaustively tested on every device and assistive-technology combination.
Images and alternative text
Photographs of houses and outdoor spaces carry short descriptions. Those images are part of how the site talks about evening light, so they are treated as content rather than empty decoration. If an image is only a layout surface, it should not be described as if it were a completed Next Iva Outdoor project.
Forms
The contact form uses a visible label on each field and ordinary text, email, telephone, and textarea controls. Name, email, and the project description are required. Phone and property city are optional. The form posts to a server-side handler and can be submitted without JavaScript.
If a submission cannot be accepted, or if the mail system does not take the message, the site shows a separate result page. Those pages do not repeat the words you typed. They offer phone and email as the next step. Browser-required attributes may catch an empty required field before the form is sent; the server also checks the submission on its own.
Visual presentation
The visual system is designed with readable text and contrast in mind. Body copy sits on a light background. This statement does not claim a verified contrast ratio under a WCAG test.
Responsive layouts
Layouts are intended to reflow on smaller screens. Images are limited so they do not force horizontal scrolling. This is an intent for common phone, tablet, and desktop widths. It is not a claim that every device has been checked.
Known limitations
Some photographs are large files. The header menu on a narrow screen depends on JavaScript; footer links remain if that menu does not open. Form result pages are separate URLs and do not show the enquiry text, which is intentional. No accessibility overlay or third-party widget is installed.
Third-party destinations
Telephone and email links leave the page for the tools on your device. If you take the street address to a mapping or search site, that site’s accessibility is outside the direct control of Next Iva Outdoor.
Need help using the site?
If a page is hard to use, call +1 (916) 927-9161 or email [email protected]. It helps to name the page or web address, what went wrong, and how you would prefer to receive the same information. This statement does not promise a particular accommodation in advance.
Conformance
This statement is not a certification and is not a claim of complete WCAG conformance. It is also not an ADA website certification. The date at the top of the page shows when the text was last revised.
